4/19/97 Troy, NY at Hudson Valley Community College appears to have been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales/promotion.

Here's what I can tell you about the cancelled show at Hudson Valley Community College on April 19. HVCC student activities said the show was cancelled due to lack of advance ticket sales (less than 500, according to the person my girlfriend just spoke to). What pisses me off is that HVCC cancelled the show two weeks prior, but forgot to tell anyone, including the local media and Ticketron who, according to someone we met in the parking lot before the show was due to start, was still selling tickets two days earlier. The first we knew about it, after our two-hour drive from Syracuse to Albany NY, were posters on the gym's front doors.

So, if you have any pull with Dave and co., tell 'em they owe us Central New Yorkers another visit, 'cause I can't wait another two years before seeing one of the best live bands of the 90's.
