- ...and from the CagedRat archives :

"Last week, Dave and Dan were in Ocean Way recording studio,
doing who knows what. Funny thing is Paul Westerberg was there at
the same time doing overdubs for his new album on Capitol. Cool
eh?"
- you heard it
first here, kids!

- Broadcast locally and archived at www.jesseventura.com,
Dave appeared with Jesse Greene and performed "Black

-
- PBS's 'River
Of Song' , currently running on various PBS stations,
feature Soul Asylum in segment one. In it, Dan and Dave are
interviewed and they, with Karl and an
unseen drummer are shown rehearsing 'Misery" and "I did my
best' (which is on the soundtrack). Stay tuned for the
following segment on 'Babes in Toyland'. Squirmin' Karl Herman can
be seen bowling with Lori and Dave is asked to join "Babes in
Toyland" to dance onstage to "we are family"...sadly
there is no confirmation of that happening or footage!
